Congratulations on becoming an NLC student! We are proud to assist NLC Students by providing a simple, straight forward housing experience. Units are fully furnished and all utilities are provided by us, including top tier WiFi internet, so there are no hassles of hook-ups or bills to pay and no added expense or need to purchase furniture, household or kitchen items either.

  Whether you’re in need of the privacy of our one bedroom house or a private bedroom in one of our student only shared two bedroom homes, or perhaps a two bedroom home to be shared with a friend or relative who may be attending the college with you, also for your small family needs we can help, we a even have a pet friendly option!

Below are some details regarding the housing options that we have available for students.

DESCRIPTION:  

All 5 of our residential homes are Student only occupied and are located together on the same rural residential block, ONLY 12 minutes from the campus. 

My wife and I reside on the adjacent block and provide security surveillance, yard maintenance, and available for assistance with various student needs.

All Homes are fully furnished and price include all utilities such as water, garbage, PG&E and top tier WiFi internet.

Located within walking distance to downtown, access to food and grocery shopping, as well as parks and ball courts.

Each house has had recent renovations, carpets cleaned, are Air Conditioned and come with their own Washer and Dryer.

Bedrooms have lockable doors, a closet, are furnished with a dresser, desk and chair and include a queen size bed.

Living rooms are furnished with recliner seating, art work and have a wall mount 55" Roku enabled smart flat screen TV.

Kitchens are equipped with a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker and a crock pot.

Kitchen supplies include cookware with utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, cups and glasses along with flatware, etc.

Fenced and gated yards are owner maintained and feature a picnic table seating area and a BBQ.

Driveways are well lit and offer plenty of off-street gated parking.

Items not provided: Queen size bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows etc.) and bath/hand towels.

PRICING:

The entire 2-bedroom homes "A or D" can be leased for SINGLE occupancy at the flat rate of $5,000 for the term. The units" can also be leased for DOUBLE occupancy for the term for $6,000 for the term. Session lease payment of $5,000 or $6,000 is a flat rate and is to be paid in FULL at time of move-in or at the time of loan disbursement (preferably in cash).

  The 1-bedroom home "Unit B" is leased for the session at a flat rate of $5,000 for the term "SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY", Session lease payment of $5,000 is a flat rate and is to be paid in FULL at the time of move-in or at the time of loan disbursement (preferably in cash).

Each bedroom of the student SHARED 2-bedroom homes "C or E" are leased individually for the session at a flat rate of $3,000 each(per room). Session lease payment of $3,000 is a flat rate(per room) and is to be paid in FULL at time of move-in or at the time of loan disbursement (preferably in cash).

Unit "A" (2 bedroom SINGLE/SHARED Home) = $3,000 for 1 room or entire house with second room setup as an office for $5,000 SINGLE occupancy, $6,000 for DOUBLE occupancy.

Unit "B" (1 bedroom Home)  = $4,000 SINGLE occupancy only.

Unit "C" (2 bedroom SHARED Home) = $3,000 for 1 room or $6,000 for DOUBLE occupancy.

Unit "D" (2 bedroom SINGLE/SHARED Home) = $3,000 for 1 room or entire house with second room setup as an office for $5,000 SINGLE occupancy, $6,000 for DOUBLE occupancy.

Unit "E" (2 bedroom SHARED Home) = $3,000 for 1 room or $6,000 for DOUBLE occupancy.

IMPORTANT INFO:

  The college does a good job of vetting their students so we DO NOT do background checks and NO application is required, a simple signed "Lease agreement"  and photo copy of ID are all that are required.

  Also, we DO NOT do credit checks, as we ask that the TOTAL amount for the term be paid in FULL, preferably in cash, upon arrival or if need be at the time of loan disbursement, typically by the end(Friday) of the first week of the term.

RESERVATIONS:

  A $500 per student reservation deposit is all that is required to reserve each room/unit.  Reservation instructions for a simple Zelle or Venmo/Cash app. transaction are available upon request
