Whether you are looking for the privacy of a one 1 bedroom home or a private bedroom in a student shared 2 bedroom/1 Bath home, we have a few options. Perhaps you’re in need of an entire two bedroom home to be shared with a friend or relative who is attending the College with you or maybe you’re bringing a partner or small family, we can accommodate those needs as well, and we even have a pet friendly house!

We are proud to have assisted NLC Students by providing a simple, straight forward housing experience for nearly 10 years now. Homes are fully furnished and equipped with everything needed, so there’s no added expense or need to bring furniture, household or kitchen items. All utilities are provided for by us, including top tier Comcast WiFi internet, so there are no costs or hassles of hook-ups either.

DESCRIPTION:

All 5 of our fully furnished residential homes are student only occupied and are located together on the same rural residential block, ONLY 12 minutes from the campus. 

My wife and I reside on the adjacent block and provide on site security surveillance, yard maintenance, and are available for assistance with various student needs, e.g. jump start, help with flat tire, tools, etc.

All Homes are fully furnished and price includes ALL utilities. Water, Garbage service, PG&E and top tier Comcast WiFi internet.

Located within walking distance to downtown, access to food and grocery shopping, as well as parks, public pool and ball courts.

Bedrooms come with a closet, a Full size bed, are furnished with a dresser, desk and chair, and have lockable doors.

Living rooms are furnished with recliner seating, art work and have a wall mount 55" Roku enabled smart flat screen TV.

Kitchens are equipped with a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, air fryer, toaster oven, toaster, a crock pot. Keurig machine & coffee maker.

Kitchen supplies include cookware with utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, cups and glasses along with flatware, etc.

Fenced and gated yards are owner maintained and feature a picnic table seating area with a gas BBQ.

Homes have window Air Conditioners and come with their own Washer and Dryer.

Driveways are well lit and offer plenty of off-street gated parking.

Secure Amazon Neighborhood Hub pickup and personal drop off service available.

Items not provided: Full size bedding (e.g. sheets, blankets, pillows etc.) and bath/hand towels.

PRICING: Housing options for the term ranging from $3,500, $5,000 to $7,000.

7121  =$5,000 ($1250mo.) SINGLE occupancy with second room setup as a formal office or $7,000 ($1750mo.) DOUBLE occupancy with office or with second twin bed.

2044 =$5,000 ($1250mo.) SINGLE occupancy with second room setup as a formal office or $7,000 ($1750mo.) DOUBLE occupancy with office or with second twin bed.

IMPORTANT INFO:

The college does a good job of screening their students, so NO background check and NO application are needed, a simple signed Lease agreement and texted photo copy of your ID are all that are required.

As we DO NOT do credit checks, we ask that the FULL amount for the term be paid upon arrival/ loan disbursement (if applicable), typically at the end of the first week of the term (Friday), preferably in cash.

RESERVATIONS:

A $500 per student reservation deposit is all that is required to reserve a room/house. Use my name and number below for a simple reservation using Zelle, or Venmo/Cash app. info available upon request. ‍
